Child Care Staff undertakes to communicate with you on a regular basis regarding the status of the assignment. Our immediate response will be to search our computerised database to assess the suitability of the candidates currently registered. Short listed candidates will be fully briefed on the details provided in this assignment specification and referred for interview after thorough reference checks have been undertaken.
The placement fee for this assignment will be 6% of the candidate’s annual salary package including superannuation and benefits before commencement (Conditions apply - see Fees & Charges). The total placement fee is subject to 10% GST. The recruitment process for part-time positions is identical to that of a full-time position. Therefore, the fee payable will be calculated according to the gross annual salary package based on full-time employment. “Annual Salary Package” includes gross base salary or fees, guaranteed and /or anticipated bonus and commission earnings, allowances, inducement payments, the benefits of a company car and all other payments and taxable (and, where applicable, non taxable) emoluments payable to or receivable by the candidate for services provided to or on behalf of the client or any third party.
On receipt of your signed confirmation of the details listed, Child Care Staff shall commence the candidate search and brief process. Placement fees are payable in full before the successful candidate commences. No staff can commence before all fees have been paid.
In the case of a trial employment period as part of the interview process, the candidate will be employed through the Centre, and the Centre invoiced for 6% of their salary earnt during this trial period.
